David Trumper

Hi, I'm Dave.

 

I've been a copywriter for 12 years, and I’m currently the lead copywriter at a London-based content design agency, where I devise concepts and write ad copy for big name brands across various platforms, verticals and tones of voice. I manage a team of midweight and junior writers, and as well as client work, I work on brand and marketing for the agency.

In my varied career to date, I’ve also worked client-side on tech, finance and retail brands, working across email, paid social and online. I’ve also written long and short-form content and developed tone of voice and brand guidelines. 

​

I have a radio background, with experience as a presenter, producer and creative writer - and I’m a trained Broadcast Journalist with a postgraduate diploma from the University of the Arts, London.

​

A big sports fan, I’ve been the stadium announcer at Portsmouth FC since 2012.
